Our services
Civil Mediation
Civil disputes generally involve a conflict between you, or your company, and another person or company. Mediation is often a helpful alternative to the court system, generally allowing both parties to save time and financial resources. Expect a cooperative, problem-solving process in which ClearVision serves as an unbiased guide to aid both parties in clearly identifying the issues in dispute and coming to an agreement in the best interests of both.
Family Mediation
Family mediation supports individuals in resolving disagreements about marriage, separation, divorce, child support, alimony, or other family matters. In a confidential setting, ClearVision will help each party to communicate what is important to them and will serve as a communication bridge. Expect a guided discussion to identify the issues to resolve and discuss possible solutions, while aiming to arrive at a sound agreement that will withstand judicial review.
Advocacy
Everyone needs someone to walk alongside them. If you’re navigating complex systems with multiple layers of paperwork or confusing requirements, ClearVision can support you in understanding the separate steps involved, demystifying the process so you can arrive at your intended outcome. Expect clear and sound guidance as we work together to unravel the tangle.
Government Contracts
Receive professional support in navigating federal online systems for contract procurement and approval. ClearVision can assist you or your business in understanding and navigating governmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations to streamline the contract process. We aim to make it easy, accessible and attainable— cutting through the red tape in a compliance-focused and outcome-driven manner.
Conflict Coaching
A conflict coach is a confidential listener who helps clients see the conflict from all perspectives, consider options, and devise a plan of action. Conflict coaching can be helpful for conflicts in the workplace, divorce, post-decree situations, and community disputes. Conflict coaching is designed to be a one-on-one process of working with a client in conflict using conflict resolution skills and strategies to support them in engaging in, managing, or productively resolving their conflict(s).
